Tafesse Woubshet – President, born and raised in Ethiopia, Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from California State University. Has more than 28 years of experience in public and private corporations in different capacities, currently working full time at The Fregenet Foundation

Elizabeth Asrat – Executive Director, Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, a Certified Public Accountant – CPA and a Certified Internal Auditor – CIA, with more than 14 years of public services. Currently working full time at the Department of Water and Power, City of Los Angeles, as a senior Auditor.

Fikre Mariam Yifru – Director, Field Office, BA degree in Electrical Engineering, graduated from Addis Abeba University in Ethiopia, received extensive training in London and Vienna Austria and other European Countries. More than 30 years of experience mostly in senior management positions. Currently working as a Managing Director at ABD Consult in Addis Abeba Ethiopia.
